My role

Ideation, Qualitive research, Conceptualization, Process documentation. We were a team of 6 people.

This project addresses the challenges of internal and external digital communication at Rigshospitalet and presents an innovative solution to optimize healthcare professionals’ workflow through digital transformation. Rigshospitalet is facing a significant digital transformation, with the need to replace fragmented telephone systems and integrate a new digital system to reduce duplicate work and improve efficiency.

The project entails comprehensive analysis, including internal interviews, focus group interviews, and as-is to-be analysis to identify challenges and needs. The results of the analysis demonstrate the need for a more intuitive and efficient communication model that can adapt to different generations’ work habits.

The solution, Healo, is developed as a digital assistant with AI-based conversation tools, allowing nurses to manage tasks, receive important messages, and seek guidance through simple audio prompts without being tied to a screen. This solution has the potential to improve the work environment and efficiency by freeing healthcare professionals from reliance on traditional communication tools and simultaneously improving the onboarding process through dynamic analysis and feedback.


Healo represents a realistic and innovative step towards a more efficient and intuitive workflow for healthcare professionals at Rigshospitalet and similar institutions.
